I am always watching trailers on Front Row, and I’m always crying out for that film that really has the ability to excite me. I think I’ve just watched one. It will probably be a dissapointment, and I am preparing myself for that from the off, but right here, right now, it looks good. It looks intriguing and mysterious, bold and distinctive. Oh... and it has two words attached - Peter. Jackson. Yes I know, he hasn’t done anything awesome since the LoTR, but that was pretty awesome and because of that he still has the power to get me excited about a film.
It’s directed by Neill Blomkampf and based on an earlier short film he made called Alive in Joburg. You can check it out, here, on Youtube.
